Limiting Access May Cause Controversies!!
Gosh! The lawmakers seem to be highly interested in electronic cigarette. The popularity that is increasing at a monumental rate has once again caught the attention of the lawmakers. Well, considering the market scenario and e cigarette review available, I have noticed that this appears to be of quite high concern almost at all the levels. Here, I would like to mention about an instance. Recently, while browsing through electronic cigarette review, I found that a user though quite happy with his experience with a popular e cig brand but at the same time, he is worried about the regulations to be implemented over it.
Well, I am sure that this concern is not only the case of a single electric cigarette user, but also the case with almost every individual. I am a smokeless cigarette user and to be honest, I am no exception to it. Though I think I vape the top rated electronic cigarette brand available in the market, but still sometimes I get scared thinking about the ordinance. Really! The e cigarette law has become a very important issue.
In Marion County, a new e cig ordinance has been passed. As per the smokeless cigarette ordinance, Commissioners adopted a rule that prohibits the use of e cigs even the best e cigarette anywhere in the county where smoking is restricted. Well, earlier people of Marion County were allowed to vape but this sudden rule may rage fire among the individuals. As per my perception, obviously vapor cigarette users aren't fond of this. So, I am really confused. I genuinely feel that if restrictions have been imposed then it should be such that they are restricted just within few kilometers. Ban of sales to minors is also included in this ordinance which I am happy about.
Putting aside the minors, now definitely, it would be problematic for the individuals to buy electronic cigarette and vape even best e cig in places where they are not allowed.
